I also just bought the Raask dragpipe. If the sound level is to high you can use the little muffler that ships with the pipe. It mounts inside the exhaust-end of the pipe. I found the sound to be more "right" with the muffler mounted. Without it the sound is very hard, and not so deep and rumbling.
I had a really hard time mounting the pipe until I tried to attach it to the frame first, and then to the cylinder. It was a really tight fit, but it worked. It looks great.
I donīt know about re-jetting. Iīve done nothing to the bike since I mounted the pipe, and I believe I lost a bit of power in the lower rpm, but gained some in the middle and higher. But I canīt say this for sure. It's just what it feels like, and the effect is not very big. I would say the biggest effect is the power gain in the middle and higher register.
